Questions before you order
What should I include in an RFQ?
Name the product family, the sizes or ring-stiffness grade you need, the quantity, the destination country or region and a short description of the project. Drawings, layouts and applicable standards help the technical review.
How do I choose a ring-stiffness grade?
HMPP spiral-wound pipes are graded from SN2 to SN16. The suitable grade depends on burial depth, loads and the design standard of your project, so share those details and the grade can be discussed.
Which diameter ranges apply to each product family?
PE pipes are listed from 20 to 630 mm and PE fittings from 20 to 1200 mm. HMPP spiral-wound pipes are listed from 300 to 4000 mm. Pumping stations, chambers, wells and storage systems are configured for each project.
Can I send project drawings or documents?
Summarise the key dimensions and requirements in the message field. If drawings are needed for the review, they can be requested after your first message.
Can size, colour or production details be customized?
Dimensions, material, colour and processing can be customized. Share a drawing and the required specification so feasibility can be checked for the product family.
Can you provide samples before a production order?
Samples and sample approval before volume production are available. Sample preparation is normally around 10 working days; confirm current timing, quantity and any charge with your request.
Are technical data sheets and inspection reports available?
Technical data sheets, test records and outgoing inspection reports are available. State the product and standard you need so the relevant documents can be identified.
Do you support OEM or ODM work?
Yes. Send the drawing, specification and intended quantity for review.
What is the production lead time?
Shipments can begin from around 15 working days after an order. Peak season may extend the schedule, so confirm the current production and shipping plan for your specification before ordering.
Can an independent party inspect an order?
Third-party inspection is supported. Include the inspection scope and required stage when requesting a quote.
Can I receive production progress updates?
Yes. Agree the reporting points with the order team when placing your order.
