Large-diameter HMPP polypropylene pipe with a spiral-wound structured wall, graded by ring stiffness.
HMPP spiral-wound structured-wall pipes are made for large-diameter drainage and sewer runs. The wall profile is wound into a continuous pipe, and the structure type and ring-stiffness grade are selected to suit the project.
Wall profile options include solid-wall VW, Type A SQ, Type B PR, double-layer Type A SQ2 and double-layer Type B OP. Rubber-ring, electrofusion and extrusion welding joints apply to different diameter ranges. Tell us the profile, diameter, grade, length and installation conditions you are working with.
Structure and joining
Each point is confirmed with the project, so the figures you send in the RFQ decide the configuration.
PR, SQ and variants
The wall profile type is chosen for the project. PR and SQ are the main types, with related variants.
Continuous wound pipe
The profile is wound spiral by spiral into one continuous structured-wall pipe.
300–4000 mm
Large-diameter drainage and sewer runs are covered across this range.
6000 mm
Each pipe length has an effective length of 6000 mm.
SN2–SN16
The SN grade is selected from burial depth, loads and the design standard.
